What companies out there have employees that work hard and only concern themselves with their work? Meaning companies were people don't socialize and take personal calls and bs around for half the time at work?
I heard BP is all business, what else is out there?

Try anyone who is self-employed: it's hard to socialize when you're alone.
It might help if you took some classes in management, you know? It seems like you've been thrown in without any training, based on other questions you've asked.

Most of your oil companies are that way. I used to work for one. The top accounting firms can be that way as well. Used to work there too.
