I've heard you can answer calls for Pizza Hut at your own home. Like, you have to have the internet and a home phone, and you take orders. Does anyone else know anything about it? How could I get started?

I read up on it a little, and sent in a few dispute letters, but it came back as verified and only made it worse >_<. Alot of the derogatory items are outdated, and there's a few things that aren't even mine! How is this coming back as verified? If anyone can shed some light, or knows of a reputable credit repair company, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have never had a job before. It should be wasy since it's only bagging groceries, but still. It's a organic grocey store that I shop at all the time, and I figured I'd work there, since they hire at 15, and not many other places do. I'm kinda nervous, since I don't know what to expect. Tomorrow is my first day and I think I prepared as well as I could. I read the handbook, uniform is clean, and so forth... But I would still like some advice, like how to act, ECT...

Thanks!!

someone please help me. I started working on a hire company on the accounts payable, I am taking someone's maternity leave and she used to do sub contractos as well as purchase ledger, my manager is making the subcontract and all I do is supplier invoice input, but as an accountancy student I want to learn as many things as I can. I have been reading about subcontractors and I know some companies get paid gross, other 20% and the non-registered one 30%, I have been asking her questions and I find out the subcontractors are made on a spreadsheet, you only type in the name of the company and the percentage comes on screen. I am a bit confused thou, could someone tell me on easy steps how to process sub contractors invoice??maybe if I have a better idea then she will let me do it ;) thanks very much

I know that when using GAAP you subtract COGS from Revenue to get Gross Profit. Then you subtract non-manufacturing costs, such as selling and administration, in order to get NET PROFIT (before taxes). I'm unclear as to how a variable costing income statement differs from this one. I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

Assuming that I find an attractive stock with potential to go up (based on past performance), how do I read that company's financial information (ie. cash flow, debt, assets, dividends) to decide if the company's doing well? For example, I've read several times that X company is a good buy because the price/share is low but they have X million in cash and very little debt.
I usually go to Yahoo Finance for any company stock information. How can I read the Financial section and interpret all that stuff?

Thanks.

We have had some disagreements with our landlord. Our rent agreement is month to month. And is just an oral agreement. Anyways, We have decided to move out this coming month, and have notified the landlord of our intentions to do so. Our concern is that the landlord might enter our house while we are away at work. Is it legal for them to do so?

My fiance and I bought a house for 429500 in November, he is thinking about taking a job in another state. We put no money down on the house and the house has gone down in value. Because we could barely afford the payments we have NO savings. What would happen to our mortgage if we had to sell at a lower price. Niether of us has good credit, and we realize that buying the house to begin with was bad, our realtor insisted we would be fine... stupid us listened to her... What can we do? Are we stuck?

My aunt has about $180K in her 401 (that's her only savings), and owes $48K on her home. She doesn't draw on her 401 because she has a moderate monthly retirement income but she doesn't trust it will last. Her financial advisor said it would be wise to pay off her home so she will own it, even if it means taking that money out of her 401 to pay it off. I think I agree but she'll get hit hard with at least 20% federal taxes up front by withdrawing enough to pay her home off, as well as it being added to her income the following year. But, at least it will be hers and she's 61 years old and needs all the security she can get. She is a very special woman who loves her home so much. She doesn't work--she's retired. Do you agree that is a wise move to pay off her home with 401 funds?

I dont see the point of keeping them, thats why i do my taxes. I'm not the type of person that keep every single receipt, I only keep what I think necessary. any suggestions?
