Panama City Beach, Florida. Seriously. There is so much going on around here and there is about to be an international airport built. It is at the top of the list.

That's really not what you want to know. What you want to know is, what place will have the biggest increase in the coming years. That's not the same thing. Nobody knows.

Here in Michigan, it must be close if not the worst in the country. If you have money to invest, now's the time to buy.
