Where can I find a good work at home job that isnt a bunch of bull....? and really make money? I'm behind on my bills and need a second job.

Look for a second job that is NOT online. You'll have a much better chance of actually making money, and not getting scammed.

I’ve tried many ways to earn an income from home in the past by stuffing envelopes, surveys, mystery shopping, prepaid legal, market America, ACN, Avon and just lost a lot of time and money in the process. Remember, no matter what type of job you're looking for at home you're not going to get money flowing to your door in a few hours.
Many people think that working from home is easy money.

You could sign up to be a spammer for unethical advertisers but I'd recommend against that!
Try freelancing as a writer if you're any good at it. There are also a ton of other things you could do for money as long as you have an Internet connection and PC. Check out the link. Elance is kind of like the eBay for freelancers.
