I have a question....im want to beggin and buy stocks...but i dont know how...can someone tell me where i can find free help...and another thing...does stock investing makes u any money...can i get rich?...can i make a living out of this??...please answers in details !!!?

In accordance with the usual IRS travel/meals/ent rules, of course. Are these deductible this year even if I buy next year? What if circumstances change and I don't buy at all? I've heard that if I don't buy, not deductible; if I do, must be added to basis, not deducted. On the other hand, another person doing the same thing was told by his accountant to form an 'investment' corp. and write off all his real estate searching travel within that corp. (hopefully, he is not planning to tell this guy to buy the real estate in the corp, but if he isn't then the tax write offs for the corp don't seem that legit.). Thoughts? Thanks.

i'm a 20 year old guy in new york city, i need to get myself off the ground so I can move out and get my own place. My father has promised to loan me five grand with which i'm supposed to use it in one way or the other to generate 10 or even 15 thousand more with it. How is it legal to sell Viagra in the UK? I bought a big order of Viagra from a pharmacy in India then came back to the UK but even if you hire a Medical Professional (which we did) it still seems impossible to sell the darn stuff! There are people who lost houses as a result of Katrina and as of today they have gotten shafted by thier insurance companies. Why doesnt someone get togeather and file a class action lawsuit aginst thoes companies and make them pay? p.s. if you work for an insurance company you aught to be ashamed of yourself.

I called the crdit card company when I was browsing my credit card and noticed someone got a credit card in my name the credit card people said that he had been sent out but hasn't been activated yet I was just wondering could it be activated even if I called to let them no I didn't do it?

I just got a position selling medical carts for medications and also nursing stations. My company has had some changes in management so everyone is new to the company. I'm trying to find out who I need to speak with within the hospital that would make the decisions of purchasing or ordering these medical carts. All the carts are custom made to order. My friend got an eviction notice the other day. She has never been late on her rent or caused any problems. The reason for the eviction is because her landlord found black mold in his home and in now going to need to move into his rental home. Can he do this? What does his personal home problems have to do with her? Can he create hardship for her to make life easier for himself? This seems so wrong.
