If I purchase from a website that charges in euro, how will that work for a buyer with a US issued credit card

Will I have to pay my credit card bill with euro or the converted currency amount in US dollars?

You pay your bill same as you always do .
The Euro will be converted to USD ( which , since the dollar is worth less than a euro , will be more dollars)
