my house has forclosed,can anyone just come and take my belongings at anytime and will they change the locks on the doors?

They are legally entitled to , but with so many foreclosures , they could be running behind .
Legally , tho , they will want to change the locks since it will be their property then and
Clear it out to show prospective buyers .

The new owner of the house could come in and clear them out if you abandoned them. If the forclosure sale has not occured yet, move your stuff out now or make arrangements to remove it later. Don't just do nothing.

only the peson holding your mortgage deeds can go into the house, after forcloser, and lock the doors

No, they cannot just come in and toss your stuff they still have to go through an eviction process. But, unlike a renter who may have 3 or 14 days, you might find yourself in an immediate eviction which, as it implies, gives them the right to come in and toss your stuff without warning.

best bet get two men and a truck and get moving the stuff you want to a new location -- course if it was stuff you bought on a cc that did you in you might now want it around to remind you of the good times!!!
