Ok so i've been at this job for about 3 weeks, and i cant take it anymore. I work over 40 hours a week with no pay just commission., but i havn't had any sales since i started. The whole company is very slow, not just me. So ive been out for 2 days now with an excuse of a death in the family, which is not a lie. I dont feel like going back again because I'm not making any money at all and cant afford to work for no money at this time. I dont know how to go about quitting bc they are gonna think that i was out for 2 days bc i was planning to quit. I feel bad but i cant afford to be there anymore. :(
What should i say?!

By the way my bf works there too and we are both quitting..ugh!

I have 3 credit cards:

A) This credit card is pretty much maxed out with a limit of $400

B) This card has a limit of $2,000, and I owe $1,500

C) This card has a limit of $500, and I owe about $350

I've stopped using my cards and I pay more than the minimum every month...I usually try to at least add on the finance charge to the minimum.

I'm in good standing on all of my cards and have pretty fair credit for a 20 y/o. I would like to get my balances down and paid off.

What card should I pay extra on? The one that is close to the limit of $400, the one which is over $1000, or the one that only has about $350 owed?

I hope this makes sense and I hope you guys can help. Thanks!

Can you make sure that the terms are matched correctly to the part of the accounting equation (assets, liabilities, equity)?

I would REALLY appreciate it.

Contributed Capital --- equity
Distributions --- equity
Purchases --- assets
Retained Earnings --- equity
Freight-In --- assets
Sales --- assets

My son (16 years old) wants to enter the work force and does NOT want to have anything to do with the Social Security System. He is very socially astute and feels that SS contributions are a poor investment and he would see little or no return as the system gradually goes bankrupt over the next 50 years. Back when I was a young and naive new father, he was automatically issued an SSN when he was born along with a bunch of other hospital papers. He knows that Social Security is a voluntary program and he was illegally entered into the program since he was underage and could not give his authorization to be a member. How does he rescind his SSN and how can he be employed without an SSN? He has no issue paying State and Federal income taxes. Can he be employed with a TIN?

1. Live in a major city (LA, NYC, Detroit, Atlanta, Orlando)
2. With a winning team (Phillies, Red Wings, Ducks, Angels, Dodgers, Falcons...etc)
3. Spend $1-2K on a season ticket (or a pair)
4. Sell every game you can't go (which could just be every game)

Tell me you won't make more than 15% as mutual funds average, tell me you won't make more than 5% as CD promises (even after processing and shipping fees). Tell me what better way to invest $2-4K in a year.

Hello there, I need a job online. Like typing ads or something, not that stupid cash scam crap where you fill out surveys and get nothing in return. None of that works or has ever worked. Maybe writing articles on stuff that interest me making my own hours on the internet. If you post links, please give me links that work, not links that give me information and when I click a link inside of it it brings me to Target or something, I've seen this everywhere.

Thanks!

Okay here is the situation. I found an employer that gave me a project/job with AIG. So basically, I work for AIG, AIG pays my employer, and the employer pays me. So first of all, I started working 3 days ago, but the employer still hasn't given me any forms to fill out in order to have it in writing that I'm working through them. They haven't given me a time sheet nor a I-9 form or any form that I have to sign for about the wage they told me. One of the girls who is also in the same position as me e-mailed the employer about getting paid, employer forms, etc. And this is the response the guy gave us:

You will be temporary contract employee and will be paid accordingly every 15 days. No benefits for temporary contract workers. You will be paid for the hours you worked and approved by the Client Manager. Any overtime will be paid at the same rate.

We will discuss about the rates for the time you worked at our office.

My fiancee and I have approximately $30,000 in credit card debt (mostly his). He thinks that we should pay off all that debt and put a smaller down payment down on a home, rather than using all our money for the down payment. I argued that we should not worry TOO much about the credit card debt and take care of it another way, such as re-financing our mortgage in several years and using that cash to pay off the credit card debt (since the interest rate would be much lower). Any suggestions?
