i am fixing to start my own online travel business and i need a name for it. it must have my name which is melissa and the word travel. i was thinking melissas travel center but i also like melissas slice of paradise but the word travel is not in there anywhere. i am looking for something professional. all ideas appreciated. thanks!

Let's assume I have a hunch that a stock will go up in the next hour. Can I buy some stock at X and sell it in 15 minutes when the price has gone up a little?

Say I forclosed on my Condo and I didnt pay it for 3 months and it went into forclosure. Would I be able to walk away and not have to pay anything? Or would I have to pay back the whole loan I took out? I believe I have an 80/ 20 loan, so its really two loans. And my interest rate is 7.5%...

Hi, I am a teenage girl looking for a job to get over the school year and I was wondering what kind of jobs (if any) I could get a car dealership? I LOVE being around cars and I think I would have a lot of fun being there every day. It doesn't have to be with cars, but can you be a cashier or something?

I am determined not to make the same life and financial mistakes my grandparents and parents make.I refuse to live my life not being able to pay for anything.I know its possible.My uncle made over 12 million in stocks 12 years ago and now he lives on a mansion with acres of private land and no financial worries.What can I do to ensure my success.I know I need a high paying job,I am seriously considering a career as a phsycologist.They can't be replaced by robots within my lifetime.I'm 17 and live in massachusetts.Can someone give me any advice on college or finances of any sort.I am really in need of information on what to do right now.I have around 1000 $ in the bank and most of it will be spent on my car and driver's ed.

1- First my question is how long does it takes for Judgement to fall off from your Credit in Oklahoma & Texas.

2- If Judgement falls off of the credit then does the credit jumps up afterwords?

3- If the delinquency & Judgement falls off after 7 years. does is make the credit look like brand new credit , with no activity for 7 years?.

4- HOw long does a creditor have to enforce the judgement.

The other full time secretary in my office just received the title "clerical office leader". Ok. I have more seniority and knowledge than this woman. She is not "over me", just the two other clerks, I also make $1.00 more an hour than she does. Yet, I still feel offended. Granted, i'm not interested in acquiring more work, it's just like a slap in the face. Any thoughts/comments on this? Am I being silly?

I am looking to open a Traditional IRA with T.ROWE through the automatic deduction...I am confused on how to pick an ira.
Do I just sign up for a Trad ira and thats it or do I sign up for a IRA like I did with my 401k plan were I picked 2 plans/funds to go into my 401 to equal a 100%....I hope this question makes sense.

I have Step Brother who about to Sue me becouse i sold my Mother House and did not give him any Money . He claim he has right witht hat Money Becuse My step Father and My mother Had will Says : when he dies and My Mother Dies the House Should Be sould and The Money Divided Between the Kids . But my step Father Died and My Mother Still a live and She Gave me Power of Attorny Over Her to sell the House and Signed the deed of the House in my Name .
and i sold it and kept the money for my Mother Use . the Step Brother wants to sue to prove My mother Did not know what she is Doing Becouse she Has Alzhaimar Althought there was woman with me to Notraized and witness my mother sign the papers and says she Gave me her House and i have it on Video too.

I am 34 and I make roughly 65-70 grand a year. I live in a suburban area that has upper price homes compared the rest of the country (I know people who are shocked at how little house you get for the money). I have a stay at home wife and three children and we are always paycheck to paycheck. We are not overly tight with our money but we have the average amounts of bills.

I used to work for my parents and made about the same amount I make now working for a much larger company but everyone else (in similar situations) seems to have much more money than we do. Am I just making less than most people my age? Did I leave money on the table when I accepted this job?

I just returned a pair of shoes to finish line and they swiped the card i used to initially buy it. The money is not back in my account yet. How long does this usually take? It seems weird that they can take money instantly out of my account but not instantly put it back in.
