IGNORE Finance. Anyone that tells you they are reputable is LYING. Anyone that makes ANY offer on YA is violating YA rules. This is further evidence they are NOT reputable.
The BEST debt consolidation plan is a sheet of paper and a pen. Write down how you will spend EVERY penny this month. Do that at the beginning of EVERY month. Make minimum payments on every debt but 1. Put EVERY spare penny toward that debt. The money you would pay a consolidation company doe MUCH more when applied to the DEBT.

There is no best debt consolidation company.
They do nothing for you that you cannot do yourself, and they charge you money that could be better used to pay off your debt, for the service. Total rip-off.
Need to consolidate your debt, do this.
Call your creditors and tell them that you are having problems paying all of your bills. They would rather work with you then against you.
Things they can do are: Reduce interest rate, allow you to skip paying (without incurring interest) for a few months, and drop/refund a few fees.
It is better for them to lose a few dollars in interest on your credit, then to pass the debt to a collector. The will only make about 30% of what you owe if it goes to collection.
Second, take the highest interest debt and work at killing it. Dedicate money over and above the minimum every month, and pay it off as soon as possible. Then repeat for the rest of the debts, leaving the one with the lowest interest for last.
Third, cut the fat out of your spending. Suggestions:
Coffee and bottled water, cut it out and save around $100 a month.
Bring lunch to work, save another $100
Drop the 'premium' cable channels, save another $30 a month
Lose the cell phone, go pre-paid, save around $59 a month
Then dedicate the extra cash to get out of debt.
Best of luck

There is a great place to go with this. I was in a very similar situation.
This is getting help from real people without the use of banks or credit card companies. Good Luck!

Try speaking with a nonprofit credit counseling agency. They can help you discover other options besides debt consolidation loans.
