They all have a remaining Balance on them ranging from .80 to 3.50. Is there any way to spend this 14.72 without spending 45 minutes in a checkout line having the register person swipe each card for the left over balance?

I am an inhome caregiver, employed by a company (not an agency). I drive myself, in my own vehicle, to the clients home, sometimes take the person on errands, and I'm required to have a cell phone and car insurance(which I pay for). Is there anything I can deduct? Gas, phone bills? I'm very unfamiliar with writeoffs. Any info would be helpful!
Thank you!

I will be providing the credit to get a $500,000 loan to purchase a property. Profits will be used to pay for my loan. I also have the credentials and knowledge to run the business. I will be working part-time. The other partner will be providing cash capital ($200,000) for startup costs. That partner will be working full-time. What would be a fair means of dividing ownership? Salaries? Any suggestions are appreciated.

My boss is one of those people who loves to talk about herself. She never really asks how anyone else is doing, but loves to talk about herself. But that's not my problem. My problem is that I don't think she has any respect for me. My biggest clue to this is that she never listens to me (if I ask her a question, she often simply doesn't answer. Not in a blatantly rude way, but as though she just isn't paying attention to me at all). Or, even worse, if I am talking to her along with a co-worker, she NEVER looks at me. She only looks at my co-worker. It's like I'm not even in the room-- it's that bad. My co-worker often comes to work late, has called in sick without reason, and just recently started her job (around the same time I did). Arguably, her job is more necessary than mine. The company needs her more than they need me. But don't I deserve at least a little respect? I'm a naturally quiet person- is this my problem? Is that why people walk all over me? What should I do?

My lease began 03/01/05 but under the "Lease Period Ends" it says "N/A". I plan to buy a house and was told that I have to give a 60-day notice but the 60-day notice cannot expire from Nov-Feb because they have "no winter move out clause” on the lease contract. Here is what the lease contract says:
FOR A TERM OF ONE YEAR commencing on the date above noted (Lease Period Begins) and ends at noon the last day of the twelfth moth thereafter, unless otherwise specified above. This lease shall be extended on a month to month basis unless either party gives to the other a written notice to the contrary at least 60 day prior to the termination, however in no event shall the lease terminate during the months of November, December, January, or February of any year. All the terms and conditions of this lease shall apply to such month to month tenancy shall continue until terminated by either party be service of a written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of any month to month term provided that such notice terminates said lease at the end of a rent paying period.
Does this apply to my lease even if it didn’t have a termination date? Do I have to stick to it? Is this legal? I mean I’m not moving to another apartment I’m buying a house. By the way I leave in Wisconsin. Where can I call to find more info?

I just quit a shadey job as a pizza delivery guy. My boss said he would put me on payroll next week ever since I started working there a month ago. He runs his business very cheap and everyone there works under the table. I also found out he was going to fire me because I couldn't get to work one day because of an emergency. I quit and got a REAL job before he could, but still, I wanna get him back. I wanna report him to the IRS, but since I was taking it under the table for about a month, could I get in trouble?
