Ok can somone open a fast food restaurant such as mcdonalds burger king or wendy's without a degree in business but experience in it ? thank you .

You don't need a degree in business, but to buy one of those franchises, you need lots and lots of money. See their websites for more info.

Yes, it is called "franchise". You pay some money to McDonald's, for example and they teach you how to open the restaurant, they provide you the food, but you have to pay a monthly fee or a part of your earned money.

As far as I know, a degree from Harvard does not enable you to fry better hamburgers. For fries however you need an MBA because you have to get the color right.
