My grandfather has a health insurance policy with Monumental and he is convinced that he is not allowed to move one county north or he will be dropped from his policy. I told him that, most likely, he will just need to find a new doctor and that, since Monumental is a national company, it probably won't be a major issue.

Is my grandfather crazy (my hunch) or can a health insurance policy prohibit you from moving?

It doesn't matter where they are located just so long as they are good deals. Investors always ask me what a good deal is to me and my thought is if you have to ask if it's a good deal then it isn't one.

I can come up with cash by Friday for the right deals.

Thanks!

When I received the deposit check from my landlord, he deducted $290 from my deposit. There are deductions I don’t agree with. I cleaned my room & bathroom before leaving. However, he claimed he hired a cleaning lady to clean the whole house. I am not a smoker & always cleaned up after myself. When I only rented a room, can he hire someone to clean the whole house at my expense?

He said I broke his vacuum cleaner. It cost him $80 to fix. The new vacuum only costs $70 these days. It doesn't make sense to get the vacuum cleaner fixed rather than getting a new one. Before I left, the vacuum cleaner worked fine. If there are any damages, he should let me know before departure.

I can't believe the utilities just suddenly jumped from $100 to $200 a month. This is something I hate about greedy landlord. They know your time is precious & don’t have to play with them on Small Claims Court. So, they overcharge you by a bit to make you compromise. Is there anyway I can punish this guy?

Ive been trying to clean up my credit. Im now in a very good position financially but due to previous mistakes in my youth, my credit score was not very good. I went to apply for financing for a car at a dealership last week when my credit score was 580. They found a bank that approved me but only for $8000. I thought, well gotta start somewhere.
Anyway im setup with myFICO scorewatch and today i get an alert that says my credit score went up and now its 639. Im wondering if i should just let it be or should i reapply now and see if i can get a higher approval amount and a better interest rate?

in my house. Do I need a contract with the person to sign they cannot go into my house ONLY upstairs to theirs only? That they cannot drink or smoke or play loud music at all? What kind of contract do I need, and where do I get one and how much are they? Also, It will be month to month rent payment, so that way, Heaven forbid, they can't pay I can ask for them to find another location.

I live in California. Any advice helpful.

My normal bank that I have my savings account with (my parents also) doesn't have online access. I think some of the bigger bank corporations would have higher interest rates and online access for me.

I only want to put 2,500-3,000 dollars in my CD. How should I go about this?

Do I have to put money from my savings into my checking and then into the CD at the other bank?

Do you think this technology will grow or do you see failure with this idea?

Wise investment? Or is it just another crazy idea that will flop.
