What is the maximum hours and what is the minimum?

Does it depend on the company?

I've read that forty hours and above is considered full-time (but I haven't really looked into this).

I'm going to be a freshman in college (full-time student) and I just got a job. It's in the airport and I only have two other coworkers. They want me to work for four days, eight hours every week. That comes to 32 hours. Do you think that's too much for a full-time student?

I don't think I'll be able to handle that.

I heard that a well known real estate company was doing both loans and selling real estate and they were arrested recently. Is there a law that prohibits this practice. If you are licensed must you chose one or the other?

ie; Property bought with help of a grant (29 percent of total house price) from a key worker scheme for nurses, police etc. There is a fair bit of equity in the property but I'm still having trouble finding a lender that does this, although I am assured there are some out there. Been taken to the point of completion twice before being knocked back for this reason. Has anyone had success with this?

With the Europeans holding us since 7 years artifically over water, with 3 Billion Dollar a day to pay for the Bush wars and out of control consumption of Chinese crap, only flowing in, if the Fed keeps the interest rate up? Does the Fed fear, with lower interst rate, the Europeans would have finally enough, to pull out investing in the USA? Are we set for a total market correction, like we have never seen before?

I have been divorced for nearly 5 years, I am current on all child support, and pay health insurance for my child. I have a good relationship with my now remaried ex wife. The debt seems to be hers but I realize that I am responsible for half, as it was incurred during our marriage.
I live a very thrifty lifestyle, and spend my disposable income on my child (whom I have custody every weekend).
Judgement requires 75% of my disposable income, I made less than $1700 last month and was above my average.
I need to know:
Nonexempt earnings
Statutory exemptions
Disposable earnings
I am not above paying my portion of our debts, but cannot survive rationally with less income.

Cash is being wired from the Administrator of the Sale of the property as a result of a family inheritance. This is taking place in Mexico and I am here in the U.S. Do I need to report this in my tax return? How would I do this? If you know, is there a limit of money one can be given as a result of a property sale outside of the U.S.?
