I have an active small company with an interesting name that would suit a legal or medical firm as a brand-name. How do I sell it?

I rented a vehicle from one of the big rental car companies. I had a set weekly rate and they were supposed to honor that amount.Instead they forced a charge through my credit card, that was 300 more than it should have been.This caused me to go over my credit limit which I paid and some.Only to come find out that I can't even use my credit card for 90 days. Is that legal and if so why wasn't I informed of this before. I called on several occasions to discuss how much I needed to pay and not once was I told (by the way your account is suspended for 90 days).I kept my end of the bargain in fact I paid the account within 7 days of it going over and 2 weeks before my due date. What can I do to get that extra money and my charging privleges back.? I need that money for my daughters healthcare premium and can't wait 90 days for $300 that was for a bill, not anything extra.I've tried calling and all I get is were sorry noone told you but the hold stays.All I can do is write them and wait!

I have been at this company for two years. The first year I received a raise of $1.00. This year I was expecting at least that, since I have been taking on other duties, but I only received 0.75, which is still a good raise (7.5%). My concern is that if I received $1.00 last year and this year I received less, should I question why the drop? Should I ask my boss if I am not doing as good a job? or should I just be happy with that and move on?

I just graduated from college and I'm now working full time. I just bought a car recently and learned that even though I've been paying stuff in my name, my credit is still limited. Whats the best credit card I could get to help? I want something with a good APR...it will only be used for emergencies! Also, are there any where they'll let you choose your limit?!

I am getting my CPR training tonight at the YMCA, but I also need to get First Aid certification and the Y's class for that is booked for a few months and I need it now.
I don't want to take this on-line class, give them my credit card number, then find it is a bogus/fake certification. Also they could use my card in fraud.

Any thoughts?

to Florida where our home is (which didnt sell) pay back my husband employer $5000 for helping us with the rent and on the top of it the landlord doesnt want to return our calls for 2 weeks now (since we let them know about us moving). We called, emailed, certified mail but no answer. We even talked with the owner of the house who is the manager sister but with no luck. She showed no interest in helping us and today we found out that she is a lawyer. What a mess! We would have liked to offer a buy out since we let them "up and dry" and they have our security deposit $1500 but we cannot get them to return our calls. On the top of everything since we moved in we found out that we have rats, we told them, they sent out Orkin who said they will come back with baits (they never did). The landlord never followed up and we made another complaint about three weeks ago with no return call or action. We have a toddler and a dog that we are concerned about. What to do?

today i have received a letter from the post office from spain " Loteria nacional de espanaS.L " the letter says that am the winner from middle east & my share from the prize is about 725,810.00 US $

i googled this company & the same names & numbers online are the same on papers..they asked for my bank account to transfer the money " they didn't ask for any money"..

the problem is that i didn't buy any loterry tickits from spain or anywhere else..so how could i be a winner !

Last week I had to go to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. I'm 19, uninsured, and my husband and I are self employed.

When I contacted the billing department, she told me the least I could pay is $1000 a month for 36 months until I have the bill paid off. There is no way that we can pay that!

The hospital fees are ridiculous-- for example, I had a CT scan (which ended up being inconclusive) that cost $7,237!

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can negotiate my bills down?

I'm so depressed about this medical bill, I don't know what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had an interview with a district court and was asked this question: what do you think of all the people coming thru here going to court? I said that probably 1/2 of them are not law abiding citizens and the other half just had a bad day, made a wrong decision. What would have been the appropriate answer.
