I know this goes against all 'textbook' thinking, but I would develop advertising that would do three things:
1. Make children understand that it's the parents' decision as to whether or not the product will be purchased;
2. Spend inordinate amounts of time educating parents and providing unbiased information about the product;
3. Do whatever you can to avoid getting kids "hooked" on a product that negatively impacts on them and their families emotionally, financially or spiritually. -RKO- 08/16/07
