At 14 she doesn't have much to offer. Usually were the parents work would be most likely to give some small task. Does your company have some filing or something they could use her for 2 hours a day?
Babysitting and yard work are the most likely to hire under 16. Farm labor and newspaper delivery also use child labor.
She needs job skills before she can make much money so her time is better spend studying.
If she already knows what she will study in college she should try to get work in the same field. When I worked in public accounting we hired kids at the beginning of Jr year high school to do typing and filing as a work study internship after school for 2 hours then school breaks they worked full time so at graduation they had two years experience, we often then hired them.

child labor laws prevent kids that age from working most jobs. At age 15, she may be eligible to work fast food places - retail and other at age 16, plus hrs are very limited during school year for kids under 17

Because of your daughters age she is limited. She really needs to see if she can get a job babysitting (if mature & responsible enough), maybe cleaning homes, or pet sitting.

Babysitting, odd jobs (mowing lawns, house-sitting, walking dogs etc)

Child labor laws do prevent most companies from hiring anyone her age. She could make a craft and sell it?
( Candles, etc)
