ie; Property bought with help of a grant (29 percent of total house price) from a key worker scheme for nurses, police etc. There is a fair bit of equity in the property but I'm still having trouble finding a lender that does this, although I am assured there are some out there. Been taken to the point of completion twice before being knocked back for this reason. Has anyone had success with this?

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR OFFERS OF LOANS, (especially from those who can't type with correct english grammar). JUST LOOKING FOR GENUINE PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH REPUTABLE/ WELL KNOWN COMPANIES, THANK YOU

Contact the 'key worker scheme' administrators and find out how you can 'buy them out' (you may have to stick with who-ever currently provides your Mortgage untill you have paid off the 29% ...)
