Strength for me is problem solving, accounting, people skills, software skills, IT and other that is pretty much everything on the resume.
My weakness that I might admit to is I tend to jump to conclusions but since I know that I still go through the steps needed to get to the correct answer. I did years of software support and usually knew the answers right away but still listened carefully to what the customer was saying to be sure my answer fit the question. I did as many as 110 tech support calls in one shift so knowing the answer was a big help.

I would have to say that my weakness would be the fact that sometimes it takes a little while to open up to people that I don't know.
My strengths lie in the fact that I am a determined person who does not give up easily. Once I put my mind to something, I will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

My weakness is ice cream and my strength is my beautiful newborn baby and my wonderful husband. it's cheesy but sooooo true.

P.S. you can improve your weeknesses, but they will never become your strengths.
