Im interested in daytrading, i have been playing the real market with fake money through facebook and have been doing well. But ive been making alot of trades. I dont have that much money to invest so spending $10 on each trade when i may make 10 trades each day can really add up. Are there any trading companies that offer unlimited trades for a certain fee? im think of starting with $5,000. do you think that is sifficiant? im not looking for huge gains, and a profit of even $50 on a trade is fine with me. i would just like to start playing the market and learn.

I'm buying a house and the inspectors I hired cannot get under the house. They requested we trench out 18" by 2' so they could get under the house and take a look. there was nothing else wrong with the house, but some really minor things that counld have been or have been taken care of.

The current owner is a contractor and he can get under the house (thinner guy) and the cable/phone people never have a problem getting under there. He does not want to trench it out or hire someone to trench it.

I really do not think there is anything wrong under the house. Do you think I should hire another set of inspectors to finish the job or go with it as is?

I wanted to send them a thank you note. Basically, I want to thank them for lunch, reiterate my interest in the position. Can someone help with samples??

I'm looking for a website that has a day by day listing of the average mortgage rate for that day. I fully understand that mortgage rates vary considerably based on a lot of factors including points and other things, but I'm more interested in overall trends.

I am interested in 30-year fixed rate mortgages only.

If someone can post a reply with a link to a day by day listing of the rates on each day, from a website OTHER than mortgage-x.com (I don't like the site), you'll get a best answer. Thanks!

I'm currently renting out my primary residence. I moved, and am living in a rental in a different state. I'm sort of doing this backward. I want to maintain my original home as a rental, and purchase a primary residence in the state where I now live. What type of home will this be considered for mortgage purposes?
