Why not launch it yourself? You won't have to pay anyone else that way.

Have cosmetics parties in your home, perhaps in a local restaurant in the afternoon or coffee house. Get a booth at local craft fairs, street festivals and flea markets to sell your wares. Set up a website to promote and sell them. Offer small trial packs or products and have product demonstrations. That's the way Mary Kay and Avon got started and look where they wound up.
