mmmm...call the bank, call the police, then call the credit bureaus...have them put a freeze on your credit report so that no one (not even you) can open accounts without you being there in person....so this means you can't open accounts over the phone or internet

All of the answers are good things to do. But first of all get your credit reports and see if anything else has happened. Contact the bank and report the problem and ask for the bank's fraud department. They should be able to direct you from there.
You should do these ASAP, this is very serious.

put a fraud alert under ur name. call all three bureau. Report it to the social security people or even report to the police. My baby brother who isnt old enough to work, had his identity stolen and we report it to the police.. they later transfer the report to the social security place and is now investigating. its a long process. good luck
