I have a personal training business. I have the option of buying a condo in a new complex that has a full gym. The complex said I could be the exclusive personal trainer for the complex. I could run my training business in their gym and could make fitness videos to sell to clients and sell vitamins etc. all from the condo complex and complex's gym. Are there tax advantages to this set up versus now I own a home and contract at a local gym that takes a cut of my pay. The mortgage would be a reach for me, but hopefully some tax advantages might help with that. I might have to own the condo for several years before I sell because others like it are being built in the complex = more clients for me, but difficult to sell the condo if need.

I'm going to be staying with a family member in a different state for a few months to a year. I won't become a resident of that state but I would like to have a checking account there so I can have a debit card on hand. Is that possible? Or is it possible to keep my checking account here and then use my current debit card there? I need a way to deposit checks from working while I'm there and be able to use that money for food, gas, etc...

Hello, I've been thinking about signing up for eBay. I heard that it's the best in online auctioning. But I wonder about this: if you sign up now and official put up a few items for auction, is there any catch to this that I should know about ? For instance, has anyone discovered and encountered any hidden fees and/or service charges that would cost a good bit of the auction money that you recieve on the final bid/buy ? Do they now have protection programs that would prevent fraud ? How do I pay for shipping and handling the auctioned items ? Please, if any one out there has good experience about eBay, especially if it's someone who used the site since it came on the net, please tell me everything. Period.

I am looking for something preferably in and/or around the areas of (preferably) Liberty and Monticello. I'm looking in the range of $200 - $550 / mo for a 1 bdrm with ALL utilities included OR a possible 2 bdrm apartment from anywhere $200 - $750 / mo (that's if we get a third party available to move in with my boyfriend and I)

I've been searching online and they're either Late posts or direct me with "None available in your area" crap.

Anyone seriously looking for a tenant? Any great websites that you know? Something? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have two homes. One is worth $410,000 (that I am renting $1500/month) and one that is worth $500,000 that I am living in now. I also have 6 credit cards (owe $45,000 on them), a car (owe $30,000). Can I file for bankruptcy under chapter 7, but sign something that says that I will pay the monthly payments on the home I am living in, but try to erase all the other debts? I am knew to this, so my suggestion may be way off?

Would a married person who is receiving $42000.00 in combined pension and early social security (age 62)-and who has $12,000 in annual medical insurance fees-be taxed at the 85% level on any earnings over the $44,000.00 limit for those taking early Social Security. Or would the $12,000.00 Health insurance premiums be deducted from the $42,000.00 income giving a person the ability to earn 14,000.00 per year prior to the 85% tax rate which I understand is after the earning of about 44,000 currently? This is hard to write so it is clear. Thanks for reading it anyway.

Is there a point when creditors calling your house becomes harassament. I missed my credit card payment last month and told them that I would make good on the next bill. They agreed to that but now they are literally calling my house every half hour. Yesterday they called my house 23 times. Isn't this excessive?

Let's say I have a full time job and a part time job, is it legal for my part time manager to force me to take a day off my full time job to attend the monthly meeting and threatening me with wornnings. If in my application and my interview I asked to work certain days and now the manager is asking me to take a day off from my full time job to come to work on the days that I requested not to work on. If I have any rights when it comes to these issues, please let me know.

Are there any legal actions I can take against the employer?
