Find out if the company has an agency of record (this is their primary ad agency). Then, write to the agency with a sample of the song.
Other options include going to adforum.com; finding out the name of the production company that created commercials for the agency/client in the past, then going through them.
Lastly - ad agencies try to find something that has a proven "cool factor." So consider posting a nicely produced version of the song on your MySpace page (if you have one). Then tell your friends to visit the page and try and create some buzz.
