I am looking for something preferably in and/or around the areas of (preferably) Liberty and Monticello. I'm looking in the range of $200 - $550 / mo for a 1 bdrm with ALL utilities included OR a possible 2 bdrm apartment from anywhere $200 - $750 / mo (that's if we get a third party available to move in with my boyfriend and I)
I've been searching online and they're either Late posts or direct me with "None available in your area" crap.
Anyone seriously looking for a tenant? Any great websites that you know? Something? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to realtor.com put in the state, city etc, then check for rentals. Just a note all utilities usually do not include electric and or cable, but do include heat, water, garbage, sewer.
