Please weigh out your options very carefully, I look at credit almost every day and people get screwed all the time with BK's. What i mean by screwed is tha i see alot of people that have alot of stuff that was supposed to be on that BK and was never put on there. Just if you are going to do it make sure that you go with a lawyer that will have the patience to go through everything with you in not such a speey kind of way because this is when mistakes happen.
