That depends upon what your lease says. If a lease says "No Pets" and does not include an exception for fish, you could be asked to remove the fish (though not the aquariums) if your landlord found out.
A well written lease should adress things such as this. It's best if a No Pets clause stipulates plainly "No pets of ANY type..." as this eliminiates any ambiguity. Some landlords may allow fish or certain caged pets and this should be plainly stated in the lease. When I was a landlord, my leases allowed fish in a single fish aquarium of 30 gallons or less capacity.
If you are in violation of your lease's No Pets provision, the landlord must normally give you time to resolve the problem before he can start eviction proceedings. Typically you'd get a notice to "Cure or Quit" within whatever timeframe is allowed by law. That could be anything from just a couple of days to 30 days. If you cure the problem, i.e. get rid of the pets, then no further action could be taken.

need to read your lease very carefully, either the lease must expressly address this issue of a fish tank or link the weight of the fish tank to the integrity of the floor to be able to withhold pressure

A fish tank may not be permitted in the leasing agreement. Check to see if anything is "written in the lease" about this. If it's not written in the lease, let him take you to court. Be prepared to find another place.

I seriously doubt it. When they say pets, they usually mean cats, dogs, etc. Unless there is something in your contract that states no fish. The only problem could be the water, if the tanks leaked they could ruin the carpeting, etc. If you are not allowed to have them, then yes.
