While nobody can predict the future, I can not think of a reason that these markets, both develped and developing will not continue to do well. What are people with financial/economic backgrounds predicting will happen with these markets?

Can the landlord just tell you that you have to move in 30 days, just because he wants to?

Our landlord just asked us to leave when the lease is up. He said it is because he wants a single person here. (in this case it is 60 days, but our neighbors were only given 30)

He told our upstairs neighbors that they would have to move unless they pay an increase in the rent and sign a 12 mo. lease. (She will be 8 mo. pregnant by then)

of the house. What is the recommended way to do this? Should we get with a lawyer to do a act of donation from my dad first? Or do we put together a purchase agreement for the entire amount, and my dad tears his check up? Or does the purchase agreement only have to include my uncles amount? Kinda confused on what should happen so that it's easiest for all parties.
Thanks.

I am getting an apartment with one roommate and the rent is 475....so 238 for each person split 50/50.

I am wondering how you think I will end up paying at the end of the month with water, electric, tax, whatever, all included. If you include heat do it seperatly since it won't be a year long thing.

Remember Wisconsin's price of living isn't like New York or Cali.

I had a judgment against me for a school fee by my university in 05.

I got the lifting/removal letter from my uni and the court house saying that it was paid and satisfied.

I've disputed this with the credit companies and they don't remove it-they only list it as satisfied.

Are they supposed to move it or no?

Thanks!
