I am getting an apartment with one roommate and the rent is 475....so 238 for each person split 50/50.

I am wondering how you think I will end up paying at the end of the month with water, electric, tax, whatever, all included. If you include heat do it seperatly since it won't be a year long thing.

Remember Wisconsin's price of living isn't like New York or Cali.

Water and electricity costs are factors of USE level, as well as factors of unit pricing. This is impossible to answer. What will happen if you roomie is one of those who likes to take 30 minute long hot showers ? Guess what ? Your water/sewer bill, as well as the electricity to heat all that water will be affected.

Heat is another issue which is next to impossible to answer, since no one knows the size of the unit, how well (or poorly) the place is insulated, how warm you need to keep the place to be comfortable, how leaky the windows might be (are you getting the picture here ?
