I am 2 yrs into a 6 yr IVA and I want out. I am a home owner and am looking to release equity in the house to get rid of this albatross and Cruella De Ville (aka IVA Supervisor...)
Can anyone give me an indication of what kind of rate I'd be paying for a remortgage in my position and also could you reccomend any good honest brokers/ companies out there that aren't sharks? Would it be worth approaching my current Mortgage provider, RBS (No missed paymnts etc) or am I likely to be blown out of the water?
Cheers

during the year they dont have social security tax or medicare tax unless they excercised their options. also when they excercise their options the government dont get their share first meaning the government has this nice thing called withholding before you spend but ceos dont have that. the ceo gets their pay first then pay the government a lump sum. what are the cons of stock options? besides they can go down in value.

I have been at my current job for 7 years-in July. I work in advertising sales. I have NEVER received a pay raise. I am salary based + commission. Besides selling advertising, I am responsible for maintaining our website, rate sheets, and maintaining the ad database on our computers, as well as troubleshooting w/the iMacs, etc. I am only paid $7.50/hr + commission. In the past 12 months alone I have reached my sales goal + many times 50% above that. I think I deserve a raise. My requests for one go unanswered, matter of fact the head manager is avoiding me. I like my job, but, am getting really aggravated. Others around me who have been here fewer years have received raises. Any suggestions? What is a reasonable raise to expect? Thanks in advance!

Over the past two years I have been trying to raise my credit score, which I was succeeding with until a $1,900.00 bill that I did not know existed showed up in April. I disputed this account with the collection agency, but then because of the adverse effect it was having on my credit decided to go ahead and start paying it. I am now within two hundred dollars of having it paid in full. How will it effect my credit rating after it is paid in full? Should I have just left things "as is" and not paid the bill? Please help me!!

I am not "finance" smart. What is the easiest and safest way to buy stock online. Etrade? How much money do you have to put up first? Do you get a lot of money back? Do you think it is a good idea to buy stock? If so, what companies are hot right now?

I have started the prequal paper work, am determined to continue with researching a pre foreclosure home that I was told about by a friend, and am a bit nervous about how much I don't know about buying real estate. I am told I will have to pay for title insurance to protect the lender. What does this policy cover, is it sufficient protection for me as well and how much does it cost?
