Would you have filed for him as his guardian? Is he disabled or deceased and you are his personal representative? Do you have a Power of Attorney for his taxes? If any of these apply, you can request a copy by filing form 4506.
Otherwise, you can't get a copy of his return from the IRS. No tax preparation place or webiste would be allowed to give you tax return information either.

If you are trying to get a copy of your son's filled-out tax form, the answer is you can't. He has to get it. This is why people have to obtain user names etc. Your son is the only one who can get a hold of his own tax info.

You can not get a copy of a tax return for anyone other that your self. Husband and wife can get copies of joint return but no one else can get a return on which they are not the taxpayer.

Only he can get it from the IRS, unless he's a young child and you filed for him.
If you're trying to get it from an online site where he filed, you'd have to know the user name and number - ask him. Or why can't he just get it himself?
If you're trying to do it without his knowledge, that's illegal.

Your son has to get it. No freedom of information here.

if you don't "no" (sic) your son's name, then you probably don't need his return.
