I'm thinking the IRS will tax all of the growth ($43,000), as ordinary income. So if I do a 1035 tax-free exchange of $43,000 to another tax sheltered annuity and a withdraw of the remaining $100,000, I should pay no taxes at that immediate time? Sound right? Thanks for any tips.

I'm writing my resumé right now and I have a question about apppropriate resumé format. I've worked for one company for 5+ years and i've held several different positions/jobs at this company due to restructuring, promotions, etc. On my resumé, do I list each position in its own entry even though they were all for the same company?

Rough example:

Employment History:

Personal Assistant / Nextel Corp / 2006-2007
-duties, responsibilities etc.

Receptionist / Nextel Corp / 2004-2006
-duties, responsibities, etc.

Mail Courier / Nextel Corp / 2001-2004

Do you see what I'm saying? The problem is that it takes up a lot of room on my resumé even though each of these listings are for the same company... So, do I give each of these positions their own listing or should I structure it another way?

Any suggestions?

I own a condo outright and I have to file for bankruptcy from my previous marriage (not because I want but because it is court ordered) I want to know if I sell it and spend the money prior to filing for bankruptcy, will I have to pay the money back? I purchased this after my divorce.

My husband owes back Taxes from before we were Married, in the sum of $ 30,000. We are having trouble getting on top of this debt, someone told me we could file Chapter 7 on this , if not has anyone have an idea for help with this. We have learned that our realtor failed to provide some very important information about the house we bought two years ago, and now this situation is causing us to sell the house for less than we would have been able to otherwise. We have to sell because we're moving out of the area.

I know she has E&O coverage. What would be the process to submit a claim? Would we have to hire an attorney, or can we deal directly with her insurance company?
