Total cost is 200,000. We are thinking of a sale price of 1.2 million. Live in Massachusetts. Husband is Sch C self-employed builder. We might buy land and build our next house so can we deduct the materials on the next house in this year too, giving a net loss?

Does anyone know where i can learn at home to becaome a nail technician? I want to do it to earn some extra cash and i have come across it b4 but couldn't afford it does anyone know of a good place to start? Anybody have a similar situation? Know how to figure out how much back pay and monthly you will receive? Husband was making around 60,000 a year supporting myself and four children. A year ago he had an accident and had to have hip replacement. The surgery did not fix problem and he had to have another one to replace entire hip now. hes been out fo work for over a year and can never go back to his former work. How much will we get? We recently filed after burning our savings and I am working now but not making near enough to support us all. is there a formula for finding out how much we can expect to be paid back disability and then monthly?

Wouldnt the deduction cancel out most of what you would owe on your federal income from the 800k total, when you go to file for that year? Or is there a cap on that sort of thing?

i have several accounts that have gone into collection. I want to increase my credit score, but ive heard that making a payment on something that is already in collectsion wont do much to boost your credit score since the account is already in collections. is this true? please help
