what to do when a new neighbors moves in who,s a pig and has sreeming kids. Can,t sell the house now?

Seems like you didnt do enough research on the area before you moved. The area I live in has HOA that prevents people from being pigs and having loud noise. Kids are kids, you cant do anything about them.

The neighbors here were away the times I looked at my house. I am the new neighbor, about a year now. I am a quiet
person and like to fix up my home & yard. The people next door are up all night banging and honking and reeving up the engine on an old truck. Their kids are on my property, throwing things into my fenced yard, then climbing my fence to
get the object. I have never before had such inconsiderate neighbors. I keep hoping for the best. I guess you need to do
that to until the time you can sell.
Non of the other people on this street can stand these people.
