This is such a heart breaking situation for all of my family. Does anyone know where we could get help? Or any suggestions as how we could get funds for this? We truly have no way of paying this or we would have done the transplant months ago. She is now hospitalized. She's 27 years old.

I have a few group luncheons coming up at work. Everyone talks about their children.

I am divorced and my child lives about 3000 miles away with her dad/ grandmother. I gave up custody during the divorce.

What should I say if anyone asks me if I have children or how can I add to the conversation when they talk about their family life/ children?

hey guys im turning 15 in two days and one of my goals in life is to become a millionare before a end college. I know that is a extremely challenging goal, but i am very determined and i know what i am doing. I know a lot about investing and the stock market and i have more common sense and street smarts than any 15 year old you'll ever meet. I believe that my 8th grade education (no offense teachers) is not nearly as important as me going to the New York Stock Exchange for a day. Basically, my theory is that you shouldn't study for a test on the last minute, right? So why start making money not nescessarily on the last minute, but during or after college? Instead why not start when you are very very young and therefore you'll do very very well on your test aka life. You be successful without a doubt and you'll have so many more advantages by starting so early...and guys i don't mean making money by having a summer job at a super market...i mean making real money! Thanks people!

on behalf of a potential client?

For example, Jane visits a real estate office and asks for John(agent) who showed her couple of houses before. Jane asks John if he'll submit a low-ball offer on a house on behalf of her. If John refuses because there's probably no chance that the seller will accept, will John get into trouble with department of real estate? Remember, Jane didn't write or sign any paper work with John yet.

I don't want to be a day trader. I don't want to buy securities with the expectation of selling them a month or 2 later. I'm seeking 15% annual returns over 5 to 10 years. Is that unreasonable?

What online brokerage is best? And what's the best research site out there?

I like Yahoo Finance. I also like Morningstar. I also really like TheStreet.com

I am trying to build my credit history.Being on a high limit old credit card account with no balance as a joint account holder will affect my credit history more positively than being an authorized user? Or there is no difference? Some say that being joint account holder will affect more as it will show in my credit report that I am responsible for the credit card payments.
Thanks

If you have held a job for several years, is it legal for the company to suddenly tell people that they have to re-interview for the position that they hold? If they choose to terminate you based on this "interview" is that legal considering you currently hold the position without performance issues?

hi,
i'm looking to purchase an '07 Yaris Hatchback, but the rate I was offered by Toyota Finance is 14%. is this a reasonable rate for a credit score of 630?
i know that i could try capital one, etc. but i dont want to mark my credit down even more by applying to all these loans.
fyi, the last time i bought a car from Toyota they gave me 4.9% financing, but they said that was because of their special Low APR incentive.
If anyone has similar credit and got good APR on their auto loans, I would appreciate any feedback.
Also, if you have purchased a Yaris recently, what was your APR and credit score?

Thank you in advance!

I live in California, the company is in Illinois. I sent them a payment on may 16th, the bill was due on may 17th, they credited my account on may 18th. I was given a late charge because they state that the payment arrived late. It is my belief that according to California law, if a payment is post marked on or before the date the item is due, the item is considered paid upon that date. And because the company does business in California, I also believe that they would be subject to this law. The company is a financial services institution but not a bank. The name of the company is Unicorn Financial who deal with the financing of Dental and Optical services and they solicit through the offices where these services are preformed. This was my final payment. Am I correct?

It took me 3 months to find a new job. i found a job as an account executive and I HATE it! I'm not into the work and my boss is a complete Bi+ch! It is an unprofessional environment and it is a joke. I do not want to waste their time and more importantly do not want to waste my time. I have been looking for a new job since the first day I started. I have a few interviews but can't keep taking days off to interview because I am still new at this dreadful job. I truly hate this job. Also, there was another lady who started the same day as me and she QUIT this Friday because she could not take it... Is this a no brainer?

I own a two family home in which I live in. I need home repair and paying the bills and the mortgage is a challenge. I tried to use my upper home unit as a rental as another source of income, but the tenants either never paid all of their share of the rent or never paid at all. Are there any websites or resources that can help a low income person to help with home repairs?
