You sure can. But be advised if you owe any money for those tax years the penalties are going to be pretty steep.

Yes, you can file late return 2005 and 2006 in June 2007. Thes best is call up the tax authority and explain to them why you file so late. In the way, they might waive the late penalty for late filing and fine.

Yes, and if you had enough income to be required to, then you are still required to even though you're late. You can't efile 2005 though, you'll have to mail it.

If you have a refund coming, you'll get it and there won't be a penalty. If you owe, there will be interest and penalties in addition to the taxes originally owed.

Yes. And if you have refunds from 2005, you need to file them by April, 2008. Otherwise, you will not your refunds back.

Yes you may! The sooner the better as interest accrues daily and there is a ten percent penalty. You can also file and send no money and they will bill you! It is really no big deal!
