I own a two family home in which I live in. I need home repair and paying the bills and the mortgage is a challenge. I tried to use my upper home unit as a rental as another source of income, but the tenants either never paid all of their share of the rent or never paid at all. Are there any websites or resources that can help a low income person to help with home repairs?

well, it depends on what specifically you need to have done to your home. You can get really creative, and that will save you lots of money, also, make sure you get some PAYING tenants into the upper part of your house, this will help you a lot!

This all seems to make sense. IF you were going to replace your floor ANYWAY, then a greener model would be better, because all floors have to be cut down and have a certain amount of a carbon footprint. I would like to believe that the old flooring gets recycled on these shows, but you never know.
