I recently had a baby.(8 months ago) Dr. said i owed 400 - my part, which i paid b/4 birth. Year end statement says Patient (me) paid 725 out of pocket. After my insurance has paid and all is well, the statement also says i have a credit of 586 on my acct. Who is to receive the overage paid to the dr. and why havent they contacted me regarding an overage -- I surely would have gotten a bill by now. (found this out when asking for info to file/itemize taxes). How do I go about settling account to a zero balance.

Hello, My landlord decided to make major repairs on the building I leave on. These repairs will take two months from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM M-F.

I want to break the lease because I cannot be in the apartment during the day and sometimes I work third shift making it impossible for me to rest.

Can I break the lease because of that?

Ive always been self emplyoyed so I have always paid my own tax, now I have a normal everyday job I want to work out how much tax I have to pay. Say I earn £500 a wk, how would i work it out on a calculator how much tax i would pay, i dont even know what the tax rate is, behind the times im afraid..

My refund was supposed to be direct deposited on Jan 26th. It was not. I finally spoke to someone at the IRS and was told that all refunds claiming the EIC, will be delayed an additional 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? How can they do this? It just seems so unfair to those of us who deserve this credit.

my son just got hired at new place. he is hired and starts monday. he was sent to get physical .drug screen. and background check. which is fine but it says if anything comes back questionalble (meaning background) thats the only negative concern . he is on probation for a felony in which will be dropped to misdemenor once probation is complete . which will be 6 mo. help!!

I am interested in doing work like typing and data-entry from my computer at home. There are many websites dedicated to that subject. The ones I looked at, however, require that you pay an initial registration fee ($35-$45) to get started. That sounds kind of fishy to me. Anyone out there who has had experience with this?

I'm doing a paper for school and trying to find information on the use of technology at Kraft Foods. I've found a few things, but nothing with a great deal of info.
My paper needs to identify the current state of technology within Kraft Foods; 2) identifies the emerging technologies applicable to the firm; 3) assess what the potential of that technology for gaining and/or maintaining competitive advantage and 4) assess the challenges to the organization, it's design, processes, management and people systems.

A tattoo/piercing parlor that includes a gift shop that sells handmade jewelry made from natural rocks, bone, and shells, and a great new clothing line that features artwork by incarcerated artists? I design and make all the jewelry myself. I have been around the retail gift and clothing business my whole life. My grandfather started a western clothing manufacturing business in 1935. Then sometime in the 1950's his daughter and her husband, my grandparents, opened a retail store selling the clothing they manufactured and other miscellaneous gifts. The manufacturing business was in operation for 70 years until my grandfather decided to retire and the family sold everything. I also have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. So, I know business. Do you think my idea would fly or flop? Please give me some feedback and any ideas you might have. Thanks, ahead of time, to all who answer.
