Loan origination fee, appraisal fee,credit report, Mort. broker fee, tax related service fee, wire transfer fee, doc. prep fee, attorney fee, title ins global title, title search, endorsements, title exam, Gov't recording fee, courier fee, and another title exam.
I know some of these are needed listed all in case they are duplicated. Delaware transactions. Thanks for your help.

My Japanese isn't fluent and I've applied to programs to Teach English in Japan but wasn't able to get in. So what other options are available for me where I can use my degree and learn more Japanese for a job. Moving to Japan usually requires a work visa and a lot of Japanese companies want you to live in Japan before they will hire you... ? Any ideas?

I want to be able to maximize my profit, but I cannot afford to risk any of it. My friend says Mutual funds are paying 5% interest. Is that the best I can hope for and not risk anything? I can leave it for a year, or more if the payout is good enough, but not too much more. Suggestions?

I am currently a Math/Economics double major in university at a private school. For a long time I thought I wanted to be an actuary, but now I'm having some trouble with some of the math. In addition, I also want to eventually open a bar/club and I need the skills to be able to do that. Does anyone know a degree/major that would train me with the business skills needed both to be an actuary and to possibly open my own bar?

OK. So I have one mortgage company telling me that I would be considered a first-time home buyer since even though I have an existing mortgage for my double-wide mobile home (NOT considered real estate since it's "moveable"). But I have the tax people saying, I don't think so.

So am I a first-time home buyer if:

1. The only home I have owned was in essence a vehicle (mobile home) since I have no deed but a vehicle registration
2. I have a mortgage on the mobile home that I can deduct interest paid on my tax return

The reason I want to know is: I have the opportunity to rollover an old 403(k) account in to an IRA and I can withdraw that money later, penalty-free, to buy a new home IF I'm a first-time home buyer.

After some months of unemplyment I must say this is one of the most stressful situations.I find it very tiring and hard to cope with finding a job.In my case there are different factors that make it harder but I guess everybody has got his/her troubles.
By the way,apart from not getting payed,boredom and a lack of patience are giving me a very hard time.
Any advice is highly appreciated.

I will graduate college in 2 years and am more then ready to get out of Wisconsin, where i've lived almost my entire life. I am starting to think of where I want to move to.
