I am currently a Math/Economics double major in university at a private school. For a long time I thought I wanted to be an actuary, but now I'm having some trouble with some of the math. In addition, I also want to eventually open a bar/club and I need the skills to be able to do that. Does anyone know a degree/major that would train me with the business skills needed both to be an actuary and to possibly open my own bar?

You didn't mention what year in college you are, so I don't know if it's feasible for you to change majors.

There's no course that's going to teach you how to own a bar; what you need are business classes. Drop one of your majors and add Business. That will give you a general business overview, which will help you if/when you own your own business.
