I prob owe them money right?? I have no idea...THANKS for any help!

It means they owe you. Before you snatch up that money, see a tax professional. Bring the IRS notice and a copy of your 2005 return and supporting documents. If you take the money and they do not really owe it you could have to refund it with interest, even if it is their error.

Overpaid means you overpaid them, they owe you. You can speak to a CPA or Enrolled Agent of the IRS, they can file it as a credit to your 2006 taxes, or help you get some of your money back. I recommend the enrolled agent, mine has gotten me more money back every time I've been audited.
