My ultimate business goal is to become CEO of a Fortune 500 company. To this date I have been in the military (discipline, character and integrity), earned an AA (business 3.67 GPA), BBA Accounting (3.83 GPA), I am currently getting my MBA (4.0 so far) and plan on testing for the CPA shortly after I am done. I thought this would atleast put me on the path. I understand these people are great at what they do, highly educated and motivated, but does luck have alot to do with it also? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have heard people saying, they are earning 5-6 thousand rupees a month playing online from the share market. A step by step advice is sought. Are brokers reliable? Or the FIs like HDFC, ICICI? What is the expenditure involved in this? I have my own PC. Thank you.

I have a current mortgage of $135,000 on my primary residence. This single family home is valued at $300,000. I want to buy a piece of vacant land for $145,000. I have $40,000 to put down on it, so would need a loan for $105,000. I've been told to go with a home equity loan or HELOC. I've only had experience with fixed rate mortages so a variable rate kind of scares me. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I don't know if I should post this or not but I recently moved 300 miles from where I used to live (South Georgia to North Georgia). Every year I would get back on my taxes anywhere from 3000 to 4000 but when I went to file the other day all they could do was 1600. I don't know the difference. A friend told me he must have been a little shady and found some loop holes cause the more he gets me back the more he gets paid. Ok, so I need to know some one in the Chattanooga TN or Dalton GA or even surrounding areas that could help me. Any info would be great or you can e-mail me at tim_stewart68@yahoo.com.
Thanks.

I need to be home on Thursday, all day, so I need a good excuse to tell my work that i can't come in. I've already 'had' a stomach upset last year, and in any case, I'd prefer not to use an illness excuse 'cos you have to act a bit ill the day before and after.

PS I'm a good, hard working citizen 99% of the time, so don't judge me! Cheers x

We've been living her for 4 years now. Always made our payments on time. The mortgage company we have doesn't refinance mobile homes. We've looked into other companies, but unless you have brick underpinning they won't do anything for you. I've tried selling this place but no real estate agent will talk to me because it's so hard to sell a mobile home. When we bought this place, the company said we could always refinance in a few years to get a lower payment. They weren't willing to do brick underpinning because it wasn't within the loan amount, and we got the least expensive home on there lot. I admit we had bad credit at the time, but our credit has improved considerable since buying this home. We have 3 kids and one on the way and it's only a 3 bedroom home. I want to add on to this home or find a home that we can afford and is bigger. What do you suggest?
