You are fibbing! If you did win 8.5 million I think you only bring home 4.25 after taxes so don't go spending it all. Buy a house, a car, and live off the interest of the rest. You may be able to be a passenger in space if you would like or join an expensive hobby like collecting boats or something. You could buy homes for your parents, pay for childrens college/car/and house. You could donate some to research or medical science but if you do go for cancer not aids. Aids has more funding than cancer and you get that not by chance whereas cancer strikes anyone at anytime. Also aids is a virus and we have never cured a virus whereas cancer is a disease and we have cured disease so i think aids research is a waste. If you really did win congrads. I think i win the lottery by not playing because the chances are so slim to win.

8.5 million is nothing. To enjoy a true "millionaire's lifestyle" you would need a hell of a lot more than a million, and quite a lot more than 8.5million.

One decent mansion and a couple of brand-new supercars and you'd be poor again. I know I would! I could spend that kind of money in my sleep...

Perhaps you should invest in my project to transport an iceberg to the Sahara for all those thirsty arab farmers I've been reading about.

Congratulations. I would do several different things depending on my age. How old are you? Try and get a money market account or CD through your bank. Look for the highest interest rate available. I would also save about 3 million just for retirement purposes. Taxes are tricky too. Always make sure you save enough to pay taxes. Hope your luck continues. Have a great day.

If it was a UK or EU lottery win - that's tax free amount...

Not bad - first stop Mercedes or preferably Rolls Royce dealer, next stop high class estate agent, next stop BA headquarters to charter a 747 to go on holiday with, then finally pilot school ;-)

Not that I've ever really thought about this....

The best investment you can make is to invest in a better world. The 2 most effective and efficient charities I know of are www.amma.org and www.thp.org and I hope you'll consider sharing your wealth with both of them.

Be sure to invest at least 2 million for your future.

Another good investment is in your health and wellbeing.

If you have a good spiritual life, it's smart to tithe to those (persons, organizations, etc.) who feed you spiritually.

PMSL - what a problem eh?
Being purely selfish I'd say invest some in my magazine!

Oh, and make sure you buy enough of those pills you are taking for the rest of your life - imagine the come-down after this one and the realisation you still have just £3.49 in the bank, a tin of beans and stale loaf in the kitchen, and your only pair of trainers have walked away of their own accord!

Give some to me.
No seriously, I would give some to some type of charity. There are many people out here that could benefit from your blessing.
But if you do have any left and just want to give some away....I wouldn't pass it up! Message me!!
