I have a property in UB5 Northolt and i have no agents. The tennants are ok but very lazy, I need someone to look after the house. I had a agent before, but they are really lazy and very fast on collecting their fees. Do you recomend anyone i could trust as i live abroad and can not look after the house?

I havent gotten a new card, the one i have is expired. but they are still charging me protection fees so its still active. what does this mean? my X is the actual card holder and i never get a bill. ive changed the address multiple times and still it does not come to my house. Why is someone who comes into work at 10am and leaves at 7pm looked upon more favorably than someone who comes in at 7am and leaves at 4pm? They both work the same hours but the person who leaves at 4 gets commented on how they are "leaving already?".

I'm a freshman in college, and I absolutely DESPISE the place I work at now because they give me too many hours when I told them sooo many times that I can only work no more than 16-18 hrs. per week because of the workload of homework that I get. They don't listen to me, so now I need help finding something else that's simple, part-time, weekdays ONLY, and no more than 16 hours per week. It hurts how they don't respect my availability, so now I have to find something better for me. I live in the San Jose area, so if anybody has any ideas of what type of simple, easy, college-student jobs I can apply to, i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

For my sales management class, I must do a 10 minute sales presentation on a product of my choice.

Since there are no limits, it is hard to even begin to decide what to try to sell, and it must be a creative way of doing it - not just making a powerpoint presentation and talking.

Please tell me any ideas you have of what product and how I should creatively try to sell it in 10 minutes.

I make car payments over the phone they use western union;Never a problem. I was late on payments I called to catch up.The girl would not take my payment over the phone;she was angry and said i need to go to the wesern union office in person.It was late i made it to the bank just in time.Igot to a office;but it would not go thru.Every time it would say my Acct. and name did not match;tho i rechecked it many times.I called a couple times that night;there regular office was closed.I wanted to call the next day;only at 2 am they towed my car.My wallet was still inside,and other important items.It was friday and because of the timming i could not get my car untill tue. After other failed attempts at western union i sent payment by fed ex.So i payed all kinds of fines and fees.My company had slowed down and now it was getting better i was catching up.What they did to me hinderd me for months.I can not under stand why she was vengefull.I suspect some how she blocked my payment.
