So I'm moving to COBRA coverage and now is open enrollment period.
I saw that the Medical coverage is separated from the Drugs insurance. I'm not using so many pills and stuff, how do I find out what's the 'retail' price for prescription medicines (antibiotics, dermatologit's spreads, etc.)

look at Walgreen's. Costco also has excellent prices and you do not always need membership for that.

Call a couple of pharmacies for their cash pricing. A chain like CVS or Walgreens will be higher on some, cheaper on others than a little privately owned pharmacy.

The best way is to search out websites for these items.

Examples:

www.drugstore.com
