W-2's are "mailed" only as it is confidential information. You cannot get it online.

Go to www.walmartbenefits.com
If you are an associate you can see your paystubs and w-2's online at the above address.I have always gotten my w-2 online from wal-mart, it is not only available by mail as others have stated.

You can only get it online if Wal-Mart puts them online. The US Government (IRS) doesn't put your personal W-2 forms online. You can contact the HR department at your local Wal-Mart to find out if they do put W-2's online for download.

That information is confidential, so I don't think you will find it online. They are usually mailed to you. That's how my company does it.
