That is so true! And I think it stinks! It's highly unnecessary for your boss to even go there! I had a boss like that one time and she commented on me leaving on time. I had to let her know in a nasty professional way that I came in early and asked her was she keeping track of that? You see this question would have me taking up so much space on this board, no one else would be able to make a comment. It's a great question! Not a good question! But a great question! I just wish I was discussing this with you in person so you could see my fired up expression when we're discussing it! Honey I could tell you stories of some of my escapades with the tired @ss bosses I have worked for in the past. Thank goodness I work with good people now! And would you believe it? Now I'm on medication for all of the years of bullsh!t that I've taken in the past! Yes honey! I have a personality in a bottle! LMAO! But let me just add this: "DON'T YOU REALLY HATE THOSE STINKWEED BOSSES THAT TWIST THEIR WRIST EVERY-TIME YOU SAY "OK HAVE A GOOD EVENING." Because you're making your exit out of the office or building. I just want to twist their @sses! Oh My God! I just want to go ape sh!t on their @sses! Let me stop! I'm getting pissed! Hopefully we'll get a chance to write to each other again because I'm getting fired up! LMAO though!

The best thing is to work within agreed/specified time. If it is from 07:30 to 16:30 then you must work between the specified time. Suppose you offer a service like Banking, Fast Foods etc will it be reasonable for all staff to report for work say at 10:00 and leave work at 7pm?
In all fairness, we should always work according to the times they should open/close. Neither of the two is better.

I believe that every one has to leave early or sometimes has reason to be late but the key thing is to not do it all the time. I also feel that when you come back into work don't insult your employer with lies that just don't make sense (not that you did that!) I know that when I was a foreman I had people that was always asking for time off or just not showing up, then they would then give me some stupid lame excuse. "Just don't cry wolf to much." If your a good employee then you will not draw to much attention but that is up to you on what you want from your job as well as what you will get from it. I hope this makes sense to you or even maube answers your question.

Thats hypocrisy in its truest form. If its the same amount of hours then there shouldn't be a problem. The only reason they comment by saying 'leaving already' is because of the simple fact that they see when you are leaving while they leave the person that is working until 7pm at the office.

i'm greater or much less going to echo what Melting Media, Smiley, and woman Silver Rose Wolf stated. i'm the right age to bear in mind the blues based Fleetwood Mac, the Bob Welch Mac, and the Buckingham/Nicks Mac. i will take the unique incarnation over the different 2 each and every time. there replaced into some super stuff finished in the time of the Bob Welch years and, for what it replaced into, the pop band had that's moments. i will bypass with the two Mr. impressive or The Pious chook of excellent Omen (a compilation) as my prominent album. some clarifications (because of the fact i'm a cranky previous stickler, and because getting to know that form of factor is my avocation)- -Peter green did have psychological issues (and in keeping with threat nonetheless does) yet he's made steps in direction of a comeback for various years now. As Smiley stated, the acid could have been a sequence off (it replaced into for many human beings, or so i've got heard :) yet he actually had present themes that have been in basic terms exacerbated with tips from one or various undesirable journeys. -Jeremy Spencer joined the infants of God, an exceedingly ill cult that he nonetheless belongs to. He has persisted to make music all alongside -Bob Welch did no longer cease, he replaced into fired -Danny replaced into additionally fired. He as a result suffered psychological well-being themes as properly, and apparently nonetheless does on the instant. present day pictures teach somebody who's clearly coping with some form of psychological themes.

I am an employer and I feel exactly the opposite. Usually, late in the day people are not as productive. When someone needs to leave early that doesn't bother me nearly as much as someone who drags in late. I feel like the morning is when we "clear the decks" and try to get organized and set out to accomplish what we want to get done that day. When someone comes in late, they are playing catch-up all day. Oh well, thats just me..
