I receieved a $75.00 gift card to JCPennys this Christmas, but to be honest, that's the last thing I need. I'm really interested in buying myself a new digital camera, and would love to swap my card for money or another card from another vendor. I've tried the website "cardavenue.com" but have been waiting with my card listed for about three weeks without any successful trades. Today I signed up with "tradegiftcardsonline.com" and "swapagift.com," but both seem pretty slow and unpopular. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My girlfriend is visiting the states from japan and whenever she uses her visa credit cards they wont work. Theyll work in some clothing stores but it kinda changes from day to day. The cards will work in American eagle for example but not in aeropostale. is it the store system or is it the card that isnt cooperating?

I have been having a bill collector call for my brother in law...he has never lived with us, nor does he live in this state. My husband says that they are just looking up our last name, which isn't common where we live, and exasperating every opportunity just to find him. Can this happen...or is he using my phone number to deter them from finding him? I am really upset about this and all they said was that they will remove my number from their file. We don't speak to my brother in law and haven't for some time now...I know what state he lives in, but other than that...no clue! Do you think I should call these people back and give them whatever information I have or just leave it alone!

i am permanent resident for 2 years in uk, continuously fully employed (current employment 7 months)

I have at least £1k income after taxes and all costs of living left each month, i wanted to borrow £5000 for 2 years.

i have no credit cards, loans, mortgages, children, past problems.

i still got an offer from my own bank, but 10% and high early repayment fees (around £250), and its competitors (APR 6-7%) refuse, why ?
