If you have the papers legally entitling you to file the forms on her behalf, and the death certificate, The IRS will assist you in preparing the return by obtaining any forms (and any info) you may need. Just do the return as normal and don't forget to check the box saying the taxpayer has died. Sorry for your loss.

Do not use the 1099's for income on her final 1040. Technically only income with payable dates to the date of death should be included. Post death income goes on a Form 1041 - you can use a fiscal year ending one year after death so maybe only one 1041 will be due. If claiming a refund on her 1040 attached Form 1310 with court appointment to get it.

Just file the return in the usual way. Put the word "deceased" after her given name. Sign your name at the bottom with the words "Executor for the estate of (her name)"
