i asked this earlier, but am looking for more answers, from more people this time! basically i wlaked out of my job in december, i was monthly paid, and before i left i worked 35 hours, i want to know if they are allowed to keep the money, (i should have been paid thursday, but didnt get anything), if they are allowed to keep it, why and how?

My grandfather died a couple of years ago and my father told me that he had a will and that my father was the executor of it. My father passed away, but before he did he said that i will be getting all of my gradfathers property to include money. I have not heard anything about it and i just discovered that my step grandmother had just sold the house which i thought was going to be mine. I know that my father took my ssn# for two different will and i never received a call for it. What steps could be done and if so what do i need to do?

Ok this isnt a career opportunity so I see no need for a suit. I really dont think it is necessary to wear the jacket and dress slacks. HOWEVER I do take this opportunity seriously. Do you think it is okay to wear:

A nice feminine button down grey top with 3/4 length sleeves.
Black slacks.
Black flat dress shoes.

I will keep the makeup and jewelry to a minimum.

Please help. I been in this trailer park for over a year. The other day I got home with a note on my door saying, undiserable tenant. (eviciton notice) The next day I talked to the manager to ask for a better reason. She told me more than 12 others have the same thing. Today I found out from my neighbor that 20 other's got the choice to put siding on the trailers so they can stay. I called the manager and asked if I can do the same. She flat out said no! I asked to have the owner to call me. She said, "he's not talking to anybody!" This has to be against a law of equal living rights! Should I get a lawyer?
